When was the last time you cycled in the rain on a deserted road? And drank rain water off a leaf. When was the last time you beat the sun and saw it slide up on the sky, while you sat astride your bike with wind in your hair?

When was the last time you smelled a wild flower — still attached to its plant — deeply? Or attempted to climb a tree? When was the last time you chased impromptu a flock of hens and celebrated your abject failure?

When was the last time you cooked food together with friends and didn’t just order from outside? When was the last time you skipped office for no apparent reason and went to a movie with someone you love. Just like that.

When was the last time you made a toy for your kid and not buy one for her from the mall? When was the last time you widened the eyes of your kid with your stories and made her climb on you for more?

When was the last time you played hide and seek with children? And fell down while running. Or ran backwards?

When was the last time you lied down on grass while the evening crept up stealthily? When was the last time you gave your inverter a break and sat in complete darkness and marveled at the stars. Or ruminated, with an old song playing in the background.

When was the last time you skipped stones on water? Or made sand castles by the beach? When was the last time you splotched in the mud or jumped into a pond with your dress on?

When was the last time you stopped your car on your way to office and just helped someone random? When was the last time you brought smile on someone you didn’t know or might never see again?

When was the last time you earned not for the month-end, but for a lifetime? When was the last time you sought fame of a different kind?

When was the last time you truly lived?
